Origin Energy purchased OC Energy in February this year and over the last 6 months has been preparing to migrate all OC Energy customers over to the Origin account platform.  The migration will occur effective 5pm on Friday 13 September.

To request a connection (moving in) or a disconnection (moving out), please click on the proceed button below and you will be re-directed to the centralised energy services page on Origin Energy’s website.  Please complete the required information and your request will be actioned asap.  Your first bill (if you are moving in) or your final bill (if you are moving out) will be an Origin Energy bill with all the usual payment options.

If you are moving out, in the “Account number” field you can use your OC Energy account number (located in the upper right hand side of your bill).
